Phew, ok so the show was a huge success yesterday! Before I go into the show details, we had a pre-show prep day at the barn where the kids could help get all the horses all prettied up and show ready.
All the horses were clipped, scrubbed, lathered, and conditioned, hooves were polished, tack was cleaned, manes and tails were braided, the ring was dragged and the dressage arena got set up. It was quite a busy day! Putting on a show sure is a lot of work. Good thing I totally love my job.

All of your barn posts make me miss the days of horseback riding! I actually went to a tack shop yesterday to consign my saddle... I almost walked out with a horse!
So glad it went well! The horses (and you!) are beautiful. :)
